User Support

CMstat’s EPOCH DM and PDMPlus CM Software Support program gives our users access to trained support personnel via phone, email and a customer-only web portal.  Once logged into this web site, users have access to:

  • Submit enhancement requests and product issues
  • Download user guides and other documentation
  • Access customer-only resources and tutorials
  • Track progress of their support tickets
  • Download the latest releases of the products to which they are licensed

All of our support personnel are fully versed in our product functionality and are located in the United States.  To support customers across North America, our standard support hours are 8am Eastern Time to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.  Special accommodations can be made for urgent support during evenings and weekends. A premium service level of support for international customers can also be acquired which expands the Customer Support service to a global 24/7 access.
