Course 10: SAE EIA-649-1A CM Requirements for Defense Contracts certification - A Virtual Training Event

SAE EIA-649-1 is a defense-unique standard defining configuration management requirements for defense contracts, tailored by acquirers and cited in supplier agreements. This course covers the full standard, including DIDs and DD Forms, explains the intent behind its principles, and explores practical tailoring and implementation approaches across environments. Students receive a licensed PDF copy of the standard at the end of class.
