Tom Tesmer
Tom leads the CMstat management team as President of TPT Technologies, Inc. doing business as CMstat. In addition to his responsibilities as President he also leads the functions of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Operations and Financial Planning within CMstat.
Tom joined CMstat in 1996 as a Program Manager. In 2002, as Executive Vice President, he led a management team buy-out and successfully led the refocusing of the company to Configuration Management (CM) and Contract Deliverables Data Management (CDDM) solutions initially focused on the aerospace & defense (A&D) industry.
Tom’s experience and insights gained from working with many A&D customers over the years has led him to become a well-respected champion for the improvement of configuration & data management capabilities within the contract supply and service chains.
Prior to joining CMstat, Tom was President of Evergreen International Helicopters, Inc. serving government and industrial clients world-wide. During his tenure, Evergreen expanded international operations serving the United Nations and World Health Organization, as well as the oil & gas industry, the U.S. Military as well as other government and NGO agencies.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University. Tom is a veteran having received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army after service as a Warrant Officer Helicopter Pilot participating in combat operations during the Viet Nam war.

Lisa Fenwick
Lisa serves in the CMstat management team as Vice President of Customer Support. She has been a valuable asset to CMstat and its customers since joining the company in 1995 as an Application Engineer supporting customers and the business development team with understanding customer requirements, demonstrating solutions, and providing input on the evolution of products.
Her enthusiasm for acting as the voice of customer quickly led to increasing responsibilities in customer support, training, documentation, and product testing. Based on her continuing education in hardware and software CM, advanced data management, and business process automation, Lisa progressed to leading the implementation, training, and consulting services provided to CMstat customers.

Lisa earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and has since then acquired an extensive background in configuration management. She is a member of the Association of Configuration and Data Managers (ACDM), has earned CMII certification from the Institute of Configuration Management, and holds CMPIC CM Assessor Certification. As a reviewer and contributor for configuration and data management standards for SAE she has written papers and spoken at many industry conferences and web events over the years including those from ACDM, GEIA, CMII, CMPIC, and NATO CM. She also teaches Configuration Management courses from CMPIC.

Tom Cheek
Tom is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Engineering for CMstat. Tom brings over twenty years of experience in technology product development and delivery to his role at CMstat.
Tom joined the staff of CMstat in 2001. Prior to working for CMstat he leveraged his education and training in Computer Engineering from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, to serve as head of development labs and software teams in both commercial and large-scale government contracts.
He currently manages the product teams and programming staff of CMstat. Tom is enthusiastic about setting the technical vision for the company and guiding the evolution of products based on the CMstat EPOCH product. He has a special interest in the interoperability and integration of best-of-class solutions that can form more open, federated PLM and SLM platform architectures.
Tom has combined his interest in motorcycles and helping others by volunteering with the non-profit organization, Bikers Against Child Abuse.
